Podcasting Liberally (With Some Bad Language And Lots Of Laughing)

This week’s edition of the Drinking Liberally podcast is a little different.  First of all, we weren’t planning on doing a podcast since our regular producers (Gavin and Richard) are out of the country so I, for one, had an extra drink before the show.  When Bruno and The Professor showed up with their gear in tow, we unexpectedly and happily went ahead with the program and what ensued was an off the cuff, and sometimes silly roundtable discussion (or rather laugh off) of the issues.  The set up is different, so be forewarned, the background noise is louder than usual.

The highlight of the show, at least intellectually speaking, is Goldy’s one on one interview with Darcy Burner who is running against Dave Reichert for the Congressional seat in Washington’s 8th district.  She is a great candidate, has raised money beyond expectations and her race will likely shape up to be one of the hottest in the country, one I predict, will result in a picked up seat for the Democrats in the House this November.

After the interview with Darcy, the regular suspects (Will, Carl and I) are joined by Bruno, the Professor and moderated (if you can call it that) by our delightful host Goldy.  So enjoy the podcast (available here as a 34.3 MB MP3 or at Podcasting Liberally), I certainly enjoyed participating in it, maybe a little too much this time.

Yellow Dog--That's weird, it should pop up as an automatic download, that's how I listened to it. I'm not technically saavy but I'll have someone look into it. Sorry.
